Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We aim to ensure that all transactions are conducted fairly and transparently. Customers are entitled to receive products exactly as described, and any valid issue will be handled with honesty and responsibility.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products
  • Personal care or hygiene items once opened
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of use but still eligible for review

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method or via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Easypaisa
    • JazzCash

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider (bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash)
  3. Allow time for processing delays

Sale items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need to exchange it for the same item:

  • Send your item to the address provided below

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a store credit for the value of your return

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the issue is caused by our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
