Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. 

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

• During sales events or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. 

Shipping Coverage 

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas may require additional time depending on the courier service. 

Estimated Delivery Time 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays. 

Shipping Charges 

• Standard shipping charges are displayed during checkout. 

• Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a specified amount. 

• Promotional shipping offers are valid only during the announced campaign period. 

Order Confirmation 

After placing an order, you will receive: 

• Order confirmation email, SMS or phone call. 

• Payment confirmation (if applicable). 

• Shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your parcel through the courier's tracking system. 

Delivery Attempts 

The courier will usually attempt delivery at the provided shipping address. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, another attempt may be made according to the courier's policy. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. 

Damaged or Missing Items 

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

1. Take clear photos of the package and damaged products. 

1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

1. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. 

Delayed Deliveries

Failed Deliveries

At this time, we only deliver within Pakistan unless otherwise stated on our website. International shipping options may become available in the future.
